NATURE & SCOPE (Describe the primary goal or function of this position)

As e-Commerce Manger you will assist with the overall digital strategy, website, merchandising, digital promotions, social media communications and marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Describe responsibility and authority of this position)

  • Drive company sales with all online and e-commerce channel partners/customers
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the organization as it relates to e-Commerce as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test e-Commerce initiatives
  • Set goals to drive revenue growth, increase profitability and review business objectives)
  • Manage the user experience
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-Commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-Commerce sales and profitability
  • Provide expertise on current e-Commerce industry best practices
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting KPIS and making recommendations.
  • Demonstrates strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Oversee website design and development agency
  • Work with digital marketing agency
  • Handle internet marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Blogging, Social Media)
  • Acquire new online retail partners
  • Develop marketing budget and plans
  • Account relationship management with all online and e-commerce channel partners
  • Ensure proper product content is developed and shared across all online retail partnerships
  • Participate in customer-driven promotions for maximizing revenue
  • Constantly innovate and develop product merchandising from an online and e-commerce perspective

JOB PROFILE (requirements for this position)


  • 5+ years of prior B2B or B2C experience
  • Strong ability to make decisions and solve problems as a leader
  • Experience with branding/marketing initiative
  • Knowledge of internet best practice to impact Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Preferred knowledge of pricing strategies, specifically regarding e-Commerce accounts
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively direct, supervise and manage the e-Commerce team
  • Strong experience with interaction on social media sites such as, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, as well as blogging material
  • Must be an intermediate Excel user
  • Proficiency with SAP Business One a plus
