POSITION: HR AND ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The main duties of this employee will be to process payroll, maintain payroll records, perform routine HR functions,
support the accounting department in AR collection when needed, provide support to our managers and employees
and managing our company’ s general administrative tasks.


Minimum Education Requirements:
• Associates Degree

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, printers and fax
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


Responsibilities:
• Human Resources – maintain records, onboarding activities
• Company payroll processing and administration
• Assist with accounting activities – accounts receivable
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Order and maintain company office and maintenance supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Provide support to visitors – maintain visitors log
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Support company service and quality initiatives.


Desired:
