TRC Staffing has an immediate need for a administrative team member on our client' s workforce optimization team. Our client runs 7 days a week so all interested candidates must be both willing and able to work a combination of week days and weekends. No Exceptions.
Hours of Operation:
- 7: 00 AM - 11: 00 PM (Monday - Friday)
- 7: 00 AM - 9: 00 PM (Saturday)
- 11: 00 AM - 8: 00 PM (Sunday)
*your schedule will be assigned based on business needs, but you must be both willing and able to work Monday - Sunday.
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills
-Effective communicator, both oral and written. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels within the call center (associate to director)
-Able to juggle multiple projects, adhere to a schedule, and know when to shift focus based on business need
-Team player with a positive attitude
Summary of Job:
-Enter Call Center Associate schedule exceptions into the workforce management system
-Aide in the proper management and evaluation of call center handling resources
-Enters exception data into payroll documents time off, missed punches, or other time clock exceptions for call center associates
-Runs hourly and bihourly reports from workforce management system as needed to support the call center
-Provides real time feedback to call center management team in regards to individual call center associate scheduling information.
