Entry Level Administrative Support Coordinator (Excellent opportunity for recent college graduate)

TRC Staffing Services is looking to hire an entry level Jr. Administrative Support Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA client for a temp to hire opportunity.

Job Duties:

  • Liaison with building management/maintenance
  • Order office supplies
  • Organize and execute all administrative office operations and activities
  • Expense reporting
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and complete travel or conference arrangements
  • Help plan office events and functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • 1+ year working in office support and operations
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written communications)
  • Ability to coordinate competing work tasks w/minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office


  • 4 year degree, preferred

Dress Attire:

  • Neat in appearance
  • Business Casual (slacks, blouse/button shirt, casual dress shoes)
