Sales Admin Assistant needed for a Brown Summit Manufacturing Company

  • • Interacts with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services of the company.

  • • Provide administrative support to the Trade Marketing and Sales Team

  • Coordinate trade show and event participation including registration, supplies management, collateral preparation

  • • Coordinate closely with trade marketing to manage distribution of new product or other communications to all customers or sales team members

  • • Manage rollout of new product sales samples to field sales team

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

Main Tasks

  • Ensures that all product complaints are thoroughly documented and investigated

  • Ensures that all required information is initially recorded, updated as required and closed in the SAP system

  • Coordinates, along with Customer Service and sales personnel, the return of affected products whenever possible (photos as feasible if product is unavailable)

  • Support complaint process and follow-up activities with the customer and consumer.

  • Manage the sample process from request to delivery to the customer

  • Assistance and completion of essential projects

  • Backup and Support to Trade Marketers for back office and admin support

  • Assist in creating bid proposals by creating and requesting samples for new businesses. Along with filling out all documentation during a bid process from the customer. (potential customer)

  • Complete sales and marketing forms from the customer.

  • Maintain and update SAP databases as needed

Knowledge Skills

  • • Associate’s degree with 2+ years in Customer Service field and or 3-5 years of customer service experience

  • • Experience in administrative assistance and customer service

  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Customer Service Focus demonstrated through commitment to consistently deliver high quality work products and services in a timely and cost effective manner.

  • • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP preferred.

  • • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
