Responsibilities:
  • Field VP’ s incoming calls to assist or direct call as required, making every customer feel important
  • Prepare all documentation for sales contracts, leases, listing agreements, exhibits, closing statements including tax calculations, property fact sheets and invoices
  • Maintain all listings and prepare renewals when needed to keep current
  • Work with graphic coordinator for timely, quality and accurate marketing materials
  • Prepare and compile marketing proposals
  • Determine property’ s use potential and address via on line services/opportunities
  • Find and implement effective sites and resources to market properties
  • Work with tenants, contractors and owners on property up fits
  • Draft correspondence
  • Maintain lease and listing data sheets
  • Prepare comps and maintain comp books
  • Schedule property showings and meet prospects as needed
  • Property surveys utilizing LoopNet, Catylist and the Internet
  • Maintain and balance checking accounts
