Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: New Hope, PA 18938

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 PER HOUR

Job Type: Contract to Permanent Hire after a minimum of 520 hours on the TRC payroll

Job Description for Administrative Assistant:

Type letters and memos in Microsoft Word

Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling meetings for executives

Maintain office inventory

Schedule travel arrangements

Run reports

Receive and distribute mail to staff

Answer all incoming telephone calls and transfer to staff members

Assist in organizing company functions

Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

**Must have a College Degree or be currently pursing a degree

Previous office experience preferred however entry level candidates with a college degree or pursuing a degree will also be considered

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Internet savvy

Professional demeanor (will be sitting at the front desk)

Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects
