Job Description: This position will assist in the administrative/accounting office of a busy wholesale company.

Location: Cape Canaveral

Number of Openings: 1

Starting Pay Rate: $13.00/HR DOE

Hours: 32-40 Hours, Monday thru Friday (Friday workday is required). Most workdays will be 9am-4pm, Friday will be 9am until work is finished. Must work all holidays, except Christmas, Easter, New Years Day and Easter.

Type: This is a contract to hire permanent career opportunity.


  • Preparing and sending timely invoices.

  • Maintain and monitor customer accounts for open account receivables and accuracy.

  • Provide highest-level customer service regarding collection and customer account issues, responding to customer requests in timely manner. Identifying issues attributing to account delinquency and discussing them with management

  • Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements

  • Resolving client-billing problems and rescuing accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner

  • Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data

  • Manage and process accounts payable.

  • Data entry of bank deposits and records.

  • Assist with HR function, primary processing HR paperwork.

  • General bookkeeping data entry.

  • Various general clerical duties such as answering phones, copying, filing, etc.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong office skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (including data entry) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with SAGE accounting software experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
