TRC is now hiring for: Administrator for Sales Department

Job Description: This position will work directly in the sales organization to provide support to the sales team, duties will include all office administration responsibilities as well as providing administrative assistance across the organization

Location: Palm Bay, FL

Number of Openings: 1

Starting Pay Rate: $30 - $32K per year

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Duties:

  • Responsible for all RFQ input/distribution

  • Reporting monthly sales results to the team and maintaining team dashboards and analysis

  • Taking phone calls from customers

  • All office administration including office supplies and other duties as needed

  • Make all travel arrangements and keep travel log, handle employee expense reports

  • Assist HR in tracking and updating personal time off spreadsheets


Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in MS applications especially Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment

  • Detailed orientated

  • Great oral and written communication skills

  • Associates Degree preferred or 2 – 4 years of related experience
