About the Opportunity:
Answering inbound calls and processing orders in a very fast-paced, call center environment for a large holding company who produces and bundles items for secure packages.
Answering inbound calls to process customer orders
Assist customer with selection of products
Enter and update information in database
Must be able to pass a credit check, criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport
Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Proficient computer skills required
Prefer previous call center or customer service experience
Qualified candidates should have a High School diploma or GED.
