- Research and analyze denied claims
- Correct information in software
- Resubmit claims
- Work in multiple system platforms included hospital billing portals, company billing portals, and payer portals to resolve claims.
- Act as a liaison between hospitals and insurance companies.
- Meet project deadlines
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership and personal accountability for productivity.
- Provide excellent customer service
