Accounts Receivable Assistant needed for 6 month project to assist National Accountant Collectors for growing Bottling Company.

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices in SAP and get missing information so that account can be rebilled.
• Examples of missing information could be PO numbers - or Authorization Signature missing.
• Individual will be working with National Account Collector to assist in obtaining information or calling individuals at the Branch level to receive the proper information to rebill client
• Will be updating Excel spreadsheets for internal records on accounts
