Customer Service Representative

To provide customer service support by providing order entry services and detailed product information to all customers/clients.

• Efficiently perform data entry of customer orders on an automated system;
• Effectively respond as a resource to customers/clients concerning all product information;
•Effectively communicate, in a clear and concise style and pleasant demeanor, with customers/clients to efficiently resolve typical business issues;
•Ability to defuse tense situations to promote a cooperative environment and build effective business relationships.
• Ability and willingness to rotate to Research as required
• Ability to track deliveries thru carrier

Education, Experience and Skills
• High school diploma or some college courses beyond high school is a plus;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service environment preferred;
• Keyboarding skills required, knowledge of windows based applications preferred;
•Ability to build effective business relationships and work effectively with all levels of employees within Awe and its customer's organization and the public;
• Extensive knowledge base on all products, policies, and procedures
• Ability to understand and use the Research Tracking Program
• Understanding of delivery policy and lead times
• Effective communication and organizational skills;
• Willingness and ability to participate as a team player on a daily basis

Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
