Call Center - Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity:

You will use your telephone skills and experience to receive inbound calls to communicate with a diverse client base, respond and research each individual request and follow-up when necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

Receiving inbound phone calls from clients.

Responding to client inquiries.

Researching client inquiries using a number of resources.

Maintaining file notes of communications with clients.

Performing required follow-up with clients.

Ensuring a positive customer service experience for all clients.


  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy using multiple programs.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to learn new material quickly in order to work with minimal supervision.
  • 100% clean criminal background.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9 months verifiable previous telephone customer service/Call Center experience.
  • High School Diploma
