Growing sales intelligence department needs to add a CRM administrator to team.
Bring business expertise, energy and desire to a core team of technology and business experts driving the success of a newly deployed CRM solution. Combine knowledge of sales and the CRM solution to create a winning strategy that will drive top line sales.

Responsibilities: The following section contains the primary responsibilities for this position. Job holder is responsible for performing any other duties as assigned by management. List the significant activities that support that function, for instance manage the annual store audit process. Where possible use language that ties the job back to the company mission and vision.
Part of core team of technology and business experts driving the success of a newly deployed CRM solution.
SME level user of CRM solution
Become product expert in Sales-i and CRM in general
Work with training and Sales-i to determine scalable delivery solution for new hire training
Execute on new hire training
Attend training sessions in 2019 as SME/Admin/training support
Coordinate and conduct T + weekly webinars
Pay close attention to CRM user stats
Work with leadership of teams that are struggling
Determine why they are struggling and close the gap. (knowledge, desire, etc)
Determine best solution for ongoing training and execute on that plan
Analyze need for 200/300 level classes
Plan and execute 200/300 level classes
Understand how using Campaigns within CRM solution.
Work with field leadership to ensure campaigns are effective
Design “Standard” campaign offering for new users to see benefits of system.
Training DC leadership on creating and maintaining campaigns
New Hire training
2019 Training execution
Ongoing touch bases with Southeast users
Southeast Change Management
Coordinate ongoing virtual workshops for 2019 rollout
Higher Learning Training
Experience, Education, and Abilities:
Experience with CRM solutions a plus but not required
Experience in Sales a plus
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Strong desire to get stuff done and drive sales through technology
Strong communication and relationship skills
Ability to learn and understand the business needs of thesales teams
Technically savvy enough to learn the front end of a CRM system technology solution and the administration of business rules/needs through that front end.No coding involved.
