About the Opportunity

Energetic Customer Care Agents are needed for our client's call center in downtown Dallas, TX. Agents will interact with
customers via Email or EChat to provide information in response to inquiries about consumer products and process payments in regards to billing.

Work schedule: 5 day work week that could include Saturday or Sunday
Hours: One of these three-(3) schedules will be assigned to each agent:
- 8:00am-5:00pm
-10:00am-7:00pm
-2:00pm-11:00pm

Core Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries regarding luxury brand cosmetic products via PHONE, EMAIL or ECHAT
Answer billing inquiries and process payments
De-escalate and resolve customer complaints
Provide information to potential customers interested in opening accounts
Update and document customer information and interaction in the database

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs
Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
Must have good data entry and experience navigating multiple screens
Must be able to type a MIN. OF 35 WPM
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test and criminal background

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates must have High School Diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience in a luxury brand environment i.e. Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom is highly desirable
