CALL CENTER AGENT - PHONE (INBOUND ONLY)

Type 30-35 wpm

About the Opportunity

Energetic Customer Care Phone Agents (temp-to-perm) are needed for our client's call center in downtown Dallas, TX. Agents will accept inbound calls
and will assist customers with inquiries and purchases of consumer products and process payments in regards to billing.

Work schedule: 5 day work week that would include either Saturday or Sunday but never both days.
Shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm (you must be flexible to work any of these as one will be assigned to you after your training class is completed).

Core Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability of product
Answer billing inquiries and process payments
De-escalate and resolve customer complaints
Provide information to potential customers interested in opening accounts
Update and document customer information and interaction in the database

Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs
Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
Must have good data entry and experience navigating multiple screens
Must be able to type min. 35wpm
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test and criminal background

Education and Experience
Qualified candidates must have High School Diploma or GED
minimum of 6 mos call center experience.
