About the Opportunity
Energetic Customer Care Agents are needed for our client's call center in downtown Dallas, TX.
Agents will assist customers via inbound calls and provide information in response to inquiries about consumer products and process payments in regards to billing.
Work schedule: 5 day work week between MONDAY and SATURDAY
•Assist customers with purchases of consumer products i.e. jewelry.
•Answer billing inquiries and process payments
•De-escalate and resolve customer complaints
•Provide information to potential customers interested in opening accounts
•Update and document customer information and interaction in the database
•Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
•Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs
•Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
•Must have good data entry and experience navigating multiple screens
•Must be able to type 30 wpm
•Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test and criminal background
Education and Experience
•Qualified candidates must have High School Diploma or GED
•Previous customer service or call center experience
