TRC Staffing Services is excited to support an Atlanta-based manufacturer, importer and wholesaler featuring over 5,000 lighting and d cor products during their peak, holiday season. Our client is looking to hire 15 customer service representatives to respond to their customer questions via phone and LiveChat. Prior customer service experience is a plus, especially working in a call center environment.

Job Type: Seasonal Contract / October - January
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist customers with placing and following up on their holiday lights orders
Resolve and respond to customers questions via-email, online chat or by phone on products and previous orders and tracking paid orders.
Help customers navigate the company website
Completed outbound calls to new and preexisting customers
Process claims and work to deescalate customer complaints
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in a high volume customer service environment. Call center experience a plus
Ability to navigate multiple applications on the computer. Intermediate technical skills
Schedule flexibility: weekends are required & extended shifts are required during peak months (November)
