ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO ENJOYS WORKING IN DOWNTOWN DALLAS?
If so, we are hiring for 50+ phone representatives for an " inbound" call center located in downtown Dallas. If you have a minimum of one-year of call center or customer service (retail experience is okay), great communication skills and can type a min. Of 25 wpm ….WE WANT YOU! These opportunities are temp-to-perm and pay $11.50/hr. To start ($11/hr. For two-weeks of training). We offer weekly pay, every Tuesday, and don' t hold back a week in-the-hole. We also offer a health, dental and vision insurance plan.
All applicants must be flexible to work all of these shifts as they will be assigned to you prior to training:
- 8: 00am-5: 00pm
-10: 00am-7: 00pm
- 2: 00pm-11: 00pm
*your shift doesn' t change or rotate
NOTE: All Representatives will work a set schedule of four-(4) days during the week and Sat. Or Sun. (your days don' t change or rotate)
- Agents will be assisting customers with purchases and entering their selection into the database.
- You will process their credit card payment information and provide the customer with their Order Number.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to questions about pricing and availability of consumer products.
- Respond to billing inquiries and process payments.
- Respond to potential customers interested in opening accounts.
- Update and document customer information and interactions in the database.
- Min. One-(1) year of previous call center or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Min. 18 years of age
- Representatives who can work the shift assigned to them
- Great typing, grammar and spelling skills
- Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Zealous for serving and taking care of the customer
- Professional communication skills and demeanor
- Type a min. Of 25 wpm
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
