Client Care Representative Full Time

TRC Staffing is looking for Rockstar customer service professionals for to join our client's growing team. We are seeking outgoing, customer focused Customer Service Representatives needed for our Customer Care Center in Montgomery, AL. Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about utility services and products. Our client is in growth mode so it is an exciting time to join their organization. You can truly start at the bottom and work your way up. This call center role is more than just a call center role, it can be a career should you want it to be!

Competitive Base Pay + Performance & Attendance Pay | Yes... you will make more money on your base rate for just coming to work!
3 weeks of paid training + 1 week of nesting
Dependable schedule, 40+ hours per week (Monday - Friday Hours)

Prior customer service experience (Call Center is NOT required)
Prior call center experience is a plus
High energy, self-motivated and a hunger to succeed
Professional Presentation Skills
Flexibility to work assigned shift

Core Responsibilities:
Answer inbound inquiries regarding consumer services/products/accounts.
Answer billing inquiries and process payments.
De-escalate and resolve customer complaints.
Update and document customer information and interactions in the database.

Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs.
Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, data entry and navigating multiple screens.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test & criminal background check

Education and Experience:
Qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience in a retail environment, Call Center or Collections environment, etc.

Additional Details:
Training Pays $9.75
After training base pay is $10.25
Ability to INCREASE your pay every pay period up to 15% based on performance up to $12.25 per hour.
