About the Opportunity:
Gathers information from and provides information to prospective patients in order to begin the process of obtaining power mobility equipment.
Answers all incoming calls within team guidelines (e.g., speed to answer, call quality, etc.).
Makes all outgoing calls according to team guidelines.
Gathers and/or confirms all order intake information necessary to move forward with the process per the provided script.
Demonstrates high quality in calls and documentation of patient records.
Promotes a great impression for the organization with the client (e.g., provides education on the product, explains the process, sets expectations, etc.)
