TRC is hiring for Call Center Agents in the Alpharetta, GA area. The responsibilities will include responding to customer telephone, electronic, and written inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Previous experience with HMO/PPO healthcare calls a huge plus! You will provide information on the basic eligibility and benefit requirements and claims status. Weekly overtime may be required. Please see below for specific duties:
Responds to basic telephone calls and handling inquiries for benefits, enrollment, and/or eligibility
Document customer encounters and resolutions for each call in internal system
Complete and update profiles and online forms for customers
Transfer calls to the direct departments
Provide EXCELLENT customer service at all times
Previous experience with HMO/PPO claims management, a plus!
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Ability to handle constant customer contact and telephone interaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Must be able to pass a data entry, customer service, and clerical proficiency assessment
**Bilingual in English & Spanish is a HUGE PLUS for certain roles within this company**
