TRC has a great opportunity for Call Center Representatives!
Shift and Pay
- M - F 9 am 6 pm (possible overtime during busy seasons)
- $13-$15 per hour
- Develop in depth knowledge of the products and services offered through our client
- Ensure a warm, caring and friendly client experience is provided in every interaction
- Ensure all requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final resolution.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues.
- Must have the capacity to use good judgment in handling stressful situations and the ability to deal with conflict.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to understand both written and oral instructions.
- Customer service experience (prior call center experience is preferred)
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Ability to listen to customer needs/complaints and quickly decide how to remedy problems
- Criminal background check and drug test required
