About the Opportunity:

The position provides assistance to industry organizations (retailers, clearinghouses, wholesalers, sales reps) and the client in resolving both routine and complex issues relating to payment and non-payment of coupon submissions. The representative makes payment decisions and takes action based on established client guidelines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing account discrepancies
  • Coupon redemption
  • Customer service
  • Client related reporting
  • Will be interacting with individuals at all business levels

Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Able to work individually with initiative as well as with a team
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Must possess excellent communications skills: written and verbal
  • Must be detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking

III. Minimum Requirements:

  • At least four years of relevant experience involving customer
    service, computer usage, data entry and data analysis and

  • Ability to reconcile bank statements and subsidiary systems

  • Ability to analyze transactions, detect and avoid errors

  • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical computations rapidly and accurately.

  • Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports and records

  • Ability to create documents requiring accuracy and confidential handling

  • Ability to organize task and time to ensure timely completion of all projects
