Client Partnership Success Manager

TRC is currently seeking a Client Partnerships manager as part of our client’s Digital Media Solutions team. You will play a pivotal and crucial part in fostering commercial relationships with the external parties, to enrich strategic opportunities for the organization.


  • Day to day point of contact for all Digital Media related partnerships. Organize regular calls/meetings – some possibly in-person with relevant partners
  • Maintain account of commercial and contractual deliverables for existing partnerships.
  • Engagement around pricing, negotiation, deal structure, contracting for relationships with new and existing partners
  • Work closely with Digital Media Sales and Operations leads as well as necessary Product and Technical resources to ensure proper coordination and direction of efforts.
  • Ongoing account management after deal is closed through entire life cycle. Consistently look for revenue growth opportunities for each of the partners. Support partners with operational/technical challenges.
  • Manage necessary financial reporting and accounting arrangements with partner accounts.
  • Provide communication, both internal and external, regarding new partnerships or changes to existing ones.


  • 5-10 Account Management experience, preferably in the travel/hotel and/or Digital Media space.
  • Proven track record of success with enterprise level clients
  • Project management experience (desired)
  • College Degree
