Our customer, a manufacturing leader in their industry, is currently seeking a Corporate Strategy/Digital Transformation and Culture to act as an internal advisor to improve the internal processes and culture at their south Atlanta location.

Experience creating process efficiencies in sales, marketing, finance and business development operations is key. Essentially looking at digital transformation of internal processes while also improved the culture and the bottom line. Exposure and experience selling to the C-Suites and Executives is key.

Job Duties:
Responsible for further driving implementation and follow up for Strategy 2025
corporate strategy in North America in collaboration with all departments
Responsible for leading and acting as a key resource in the Project Management Office in the
execution of cross-departmental business development initiatives and projects
Enable and foster cross-departmental information exchange and effectively communicate
relevant information to management and other key stakeholders
Develop business cases and plans in order to evaluate concept feasibility and manage project
schedules, project budgets, and project deliverables independently
Extend Corporate Business Development s role as a key advisory to President
and the members of the Executive Committee
Extend Corporate Business Development s role as a key point of contact for collaboration and
alignment with the US and maintains up-to-date information on trends
Drive transformation with respect to new work initiatives as well as state-of-the art
Support and guide junior colleagues in the department to ideate, conceptualize and execute

Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing/Sales, Finance or equivalent required
Graduate degree or MBA is preferred

5+ years professional experience with a leading industrial corporation or leading consultancy, or
3+ with Master s Degree/MBA International experience with exposure to C-suite level preferred
Experience in the Automotive Industry is optional
1-2 years of project management experience with a track record of successfully implemented
Experience developing fact and figure driven decision recommendations for Executive/Senior
level management
