TRC is now hiring for: 1st shift Cost Department Assistant

Job Description: This position will work in the corporate office with subcontractors and vendors to assist the cost department to meet company construction schedule expectations

Location: Daytona Beach, FL

Number of Openings: 1

Starting Pay Rate: $12 - $14/HR DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm


Type: This is a Contract to Hire permanent career opportunity.

Duties:

  • Assist purchasing manager, assist in the management of subcontractor and supplier

  • Prepare special report for Purchasing Manager and maintain excel spreadsheets

  • Produce and process all estimating information and assist in estimates of due dates


Requirements:

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - MUST have great Excel experience

  • PlanSwift experience preferred but not required

  • Account reconciliations experience needed

  • A background in construction is a PLUS

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Professional dress and demeanor
