We re looking for someone new to join our awesome team, growing team! Someone who wants to keep their days varied and the customers happy. Someone, in short, to be our Call Center Representative, who can provide excellent customer service while juggling calls and resolve issues in a blink of an eye. Our client has started a whole new team within their call center to service a new client so we're looking to hire outstanding Call Center Representatives who want to give A+ customer service and grow within an organization.   • Guaranteed 40 hours per week + the ability to work overtime

Types of Calls:

  • Inbound calls from customers regarding their gas & electric utility services
  • Billing needs: responding to questions, taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, updating payment methods
  • Respond to outage questions (residential outages and well as local street light outages)
  • Setting up new customer accounts, transferring service from one residence to another, disconnecting service


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of prior customer service experience, call center a plus, but not required
  • The ability to manage multiple applications and computer monitors
  • Background Check
  • Lab Based Drug Screen
