About the Opportunity:
Energetic Customer Service Representatives needed for our Customer Care Center in Augusta, GA. Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and products.

• Prior call center experience is a plus

Core Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound inquiries regarding consumer services/products/accounts.
• Answer billing inquiries and process payments.
• De-escalate and resolve customer complaints.
• Update and document customer information and interactions in the database.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
• Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office, data entry and navigating multiple screens.
• Must be able to type 25 WPM
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test & criminal background check

Education and Experience:
• Qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience in a retail, food and beverage, Call Center or Collections environment, etc.
