Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager

Type: Contract to Perm Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch
$12/hr for the first 12 weeks, increasing to $13/hr. After month 6 you' ll earn bonus for every order taken. Annual estimated salary $30-$40K
At least 1 solid year of Office Customer Service experience
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be comfortable with talking to customers on the telephone and typing simultaneously.
Must have professional telephone demeanor.
Must have reliable transportation No bus route is available.
Pass a criminal background check (completely clear for the last 7 years) and drug screening.
Job Description for Customer Service Account Manager:
Duties include; taking inbound calls from existing clients that would like to either place an order, receive a price quote or renew their contract. Utilizing Microsoft Word for letters and Microsoft Excel for price quotes and Outlook to send emails.
When discounts are running for certain materials, you may be asked to call exiting clients to notify them of these discounts as they have bought this material before.
