Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests with accuracy and efficiency; handle and resolve complaints and maintain the company s reputation for high-quality service. (Shifts: 10-7 and 12-9)

Provide top-notch service to customers through inbound and outbound calls and using written communication to provide information and support.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Establish connection with customers; build an environment of trust through responsive service and understanding needs.
Maintain company standards in order to ensure a high quality of service.
Promptly respond to customer questions; answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company parameters and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, actions taken, etc.
Correct and recover returned mail, researching current valid entity address utilizing on- line search tools.
Perform daily internet verification of information on ACH merchant accounts and calculate new retrieval amounts to ensure updated ACH bank files.
Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers and be informed of any changes in company policies.


High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years experience in a customer support, preferred
Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
Professional demeanor, excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills and strong listening skills
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office Suite
