TRC's client, a company in Norcross is seeking a qualified candidate with experience in Customer Service.
This is a temp to hire position.

This company specializes in and offers a broad product portfolio produced by the worlds leading specialty manufacturers. Some of products are Paints & Coatings, Plastic Compounders, Composites , Cosmetics & Personal Care, Food & Beverage.

-Will be taking inbound calls from customers about their deliveries and Receives;Processes Customer Orders in AS-400 System.
-Responsible for proper order entry and any packages, answering questions.
-Necessary follow-up to insure customer satisfaction. Should be very detail-oriented.
-Maintaining contact info in database, so some Data Entry duties requests and requests for information from customers and salespeople.
-Sets up new customers and maintains customer database as needed.
-Documenting calls, looking up delivery times and inventory of parts.
-Contacts customers to collect outstanding invoices.
-Working in Word;Excel on various projects including Filing and working on correspondence;projects using Microsoft Word;Excel.
-Also provides administrative support for Office Manager and salespeople as needed.

-Needs to have at least 2-3 years of strong customer service experience
-Needs to have excellent communication skills, written and verbal-Needs to be able to work independently and as a team player
-Needs to be focused, able to handle many tasks
-Needs someone to come in and hit the ground running
-Needs to be highly dependable
