Customer Service Representative needed to growing SW Charlotte company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders

- Communicate order issues to Representatives and Direct Customers

- Follow up on necessary changes needed from identified issues

- Request usage from orders that exceed normal patterns or new demand

- Import valid orders from Controller into the Oracle system

- Process amendments to orders

- Answer product related questions

- Maintain Cross Reference Files between Customers and Company

- Communicate pricing issues to Cost Management

- Enter sample orders

- Check inventory for requested amendments

- Run Critical Item Reports to review potential backorders

- Manage make and ship jobs as it pertains to orders

Qualifications:

- 2 yr degree or equivalent on the job experience ( customer service)

- Oracle or similar system experience

- Patience

- Attentiveness

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

- Time Management Skills
