TRC is seeking Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for assisting customers or vendors who may contact our client. CSR position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Provide quality service to customers and business partners
Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Take payments over the phone while striving for customer service excellence and accuracy in a fast-paced call center environment.
Reliability, keying accuracy, and professional customer service demeanor are required.
Successfully manage customer accounts.
Ability to explain complex payment histories to many different audiences.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Take initiative and resolve and escalations or complaints.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service; retail, sales, or financial industries preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
