Customer Service Representative

Due to strong growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our modular plastic product line. This position interacts with customers as well as Sales Reps, Applications Engineering, Fabrication, and Sales Support teams.

• Process sales quotations and sales orders for a technically complex product line.
• Provide superior service, including ‘one-stop-shopping’ to customers and sales reps.
• Ensure product specifications and deadlines are met through interaction with Applications Engineering, Sales, Sales Support and Fabrication.


  • Prior Customer Service or Inside Sales experience is required and experience with technical products is strongly preferred.
  • A 4-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Good technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong mathematic and reasoning skills required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience with automated order processing or manufacturing software (such as SAP) preferred.
  • Ability to type 45 wpm.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be self-managed with a strong sense of urgency, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to ‘walk the extra mile’.
