We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative who can manage the relationship through various touch points and help people with the platform's tools and technologies.
Daily responsibilities include:
•Quality Control and problem solving
•Patient and professional customer support
•Follow procedural guidelines
•Advise and support customers through the set up and implementation process
•Continuously identify better ways of helping the customer solve their problems
•Minimum of 1 year of customer service support
•Retail experience is very helpful
•Be able to quickly train on and use the internal technology and tools
•Very good English speaking customer communication skills
Work hours are from 10:30am to 7pm. Must be able to pass a background check.
