TRC is now hiring for: Customer Support Professionals

Job Description: If you are looking for a long term career we are looking for smiling, friendly, reliable, adaptable, energetic professionals who enjoy being on the phone to handle inbound and or outbound calls.

Location: Daytona Beach, FL

Number of Openings: Multiple

Starting Pay Rate: $11.00 - $13.00/ hourly DOE

Hours: Schedules are between 8am – 8pm

Evening, Overnight & Weekend shifts available

Type: Full time & Part time positions. This is a Contract to Hire, permanent career opportunity.


  • Handling inbound and outbound appointment setting call
  • Be able to think independently and intelligently
  • Effectively communicate on behalf of our customers
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on and off the phone
  • Problem solving and ability to focus on the caller


  • Previous Customer Service and/or Appointment Setting Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Some college level classes completed is a plus
  • Proficient typing and computer skills (skills assessment administered)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and use on-line resources
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
