Job Description

The Lead Advisor, Franchisee Screening will be responsible for qualifying candidates who are seeking to become a franchised owner for our client. During this early stage in the selection process, the Lead Advisor, Franchise Screening will assess and determine if the candidate s qualifications, competencies, skills, abilities, motivations, and will meet the specific criteria to move to the next stage in the selection process. They will partner with a member of the Screening or Sourcing team to evaluate candidates to determine the most competitive candidate pool.

Job Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Understand the client s business model, and core values
  • Understand and discern the unique profile and attributes of the successful Franchisee and be able to effectively communicate the unique nature of the Franchisee role
  • Review and evaluate Franchisee Expressions of Interest, applications, pre-recorded interviews and credentials for appropriateness of qualifications, competencies, skills, abilities, motivations, experience, and knowledge in relation to the Franchisee role
  • Discern and decide on Franchisee applicants status within desired established timelines
  • Effectively and consistently communicate to candidates their selection process status through phone calls by communicating the unique competitiveness of the Franchisee role


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong discernment skills
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and recorded information on all candidates
  • Ability to manage competing demands
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Exceptional phone communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to utilize applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
