TRC Staffing is assisting our client, a not for profit organization with their search for a new Program/Project Coordinator. Located in West Midtown, this role is a full time, permanent, position reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project coordinator with knowledge of the construction industry looking to take the next step in their career. They're looking for an effective "all hands on deck" approach to growing their division of home rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources, clients and third party vendors (such as construction vendors) for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Make budge adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop and share comprehensive project plans with clients
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps


  • Construction background, a plus
  • 3 to 5 years combined experience to include project management, administration and customer service of paid relevant experience in a similar role, required
  • Strong planning, organizing and project executions skills
  • Proven detail orientation while facilitating multiple priorities
  • Deadline driven with strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) * assessments will be administered in each of these programs
