Human Resources Coordinator needed for a 4 month leave.

General Function: Provide clerical support to the Director-Global Human Resources and department staff. Assist in daily administration of procedures and programs covering benefits, salary/payroll administration, employee relations and selected staffing activities for the corporation.

- Assist in maintaining accurate and current in-house system database and files
- Assist in administering benefit plan for new and existing employees
- Coordinate social events
- Verify written employment/employee inquires when received
- Assist with general interest information to all employees
- Personnel file maintenance
- Maintain employee ISO files including coordination of training
- Participate in the rotation schedule offering back-up support for the front desk
- Other administrative and Human Resources duties as directed by the Director

- Minimum of 1-3 years hands-on related personnel experience
- Some college preferred but not mandatory
- Intermediate MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
