HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Medical Management Services company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of areas; primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist will be recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee education and training, serving as an employee liaison, and supporting accurate execution of attendance records for payroll. Other responsibilities will vary based on business needs and the Human Resources Generalist must be ready to tackle new challenges daily. Convenient location in southwest Charlotte. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:
Assist in maintaining accurate and current in-house personnel system database and files.
Assist in administering benefit plan for new and existing employees (benefits including Group Health (medical, dental, vision), LTD/STD)
Conduct new employee orientation and employee exit interviews.
Conduct annual reviews and evaluations
Assist in administering and coordinating social events.
Assist with travel plans
Verify written employment/employee inquiries when received.
Assist with general interest information to all employees.
Assist in maintaining employee handbook.
Assist with personnel file maintenance.
Provide ongoing training on new software upgrades (Office 10, Zix-encryption, Windows 365)
Attend meetings and record minutes for annual audit report
Maintain cell phone plans and a multitude of other various job duties.
Other administrative and Human Resources duties as directed by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:
BS Degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree preferred but not mandatory
Minimum of three years hands-on related personnel experience
Knowledge of and ability to use PC computer hardware/software.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Ability to organize work assignments.
Working knowledge of on-line computer systems.
Establish and verify monthly files, records, etc.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
