Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal documents

  • Draft Correspondence

  • Review legal publications

  • Conduct legal research

  • Schedule appointments

  • Take dictation


  • Knowledgeable of legal terminology and procedures

  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately

  • Ability to format and edit documents on computer

  • Must type at least 60 wpm

  • Must have great WordPerfect and Microsoft Word and Excel scores

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must have at least two years of legal experience
