Job Title: Professional Office Customer Service Order Taker

Type: Contract to Perm Hire Career Opportunity

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Number of Openings: 2

Location: New Hope, PA 18938

Salary: Starting rate for training is $12.00 - $13.00 for the first 90 days.

Commission and Bonuses are awarded after 3 months for all inbound orders taken

1st Years Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year

Requirements Professional Office Customer Service Order Taker:

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Must have professional telephone manner

Able to talk and type while speaking to customers over the telephone

Must have reliable transportation, no bus route is available

Pass a criminal background check (completely clear for the last 7 years) and drug screening


Job Description for Professional Office Customer Service Order Taker:

NO SALES

Inbound calls from customers either placing an order or requesting a price quote or renewing their contract

Utilizing Microsoft Word for letters and Microsoft Excel for price quotes and Outlook to send emails.

When discounts are running for certain materials, you may be asked to call exiting clients to notify them of these discounts as they have bought this material before.
