Receptionist

Established property management company is seeking a receptionist to support their Uptown office. Great company that offers significant room for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greet Guests
  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Handle mail / Fed-Ex packages
  • Reserve conference rooms
  • Making coffee daily
  • Order office supplies
  • Stocking kitchen
  • Update seating charts for all employees using PowerPoint
  • Update phone list
  • Assist the Office Manager with event planning (making name tags, organizing trips, preparing materials)
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Entry-level candidates with a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; candidates without a 4-year degree should have 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
