TRC is now hiring for: Part Time/Flex hours Receptionist

Job Description: This position will work on an as needed basis for a property management company, this is a part time, temporary position with a flexible and varied schedule from week to week and if perfect for someone with a flexible schedule seeking additional income.

Location: Melbourne, FL

Number of Openings: 1

Starting Pay Rate: $11/hr

Job Duties:

  • Provide general office support (faxing, filing collating)

  • Answering incoming calls, directing and transferring calls

  • Greet and direct visitors, take and receive messages

  • Mail distribution and flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies

  • Assist with receiving stocking and distribution of office supplies


  • Microsoft office knowledge

  • Multi-line phone experience

  • Flexibility in terms of work schedule

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Multi-tasking ability
