As a Recruiter you will utilize industry best practices using the internet, creative job board advertising, database searches, job fairs and networking to represent TRC. You will match qualified candidates to our open requirements and present to our clients and negotiate salaries, hourly rates and contract terms.

HOURS: Part time or Full time hours are available. Internship opportunities are also available.

Part Time hours: 5-8 hours per day 2 or 3 days per week

Full Time hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday with one hour for lunch OR 8:30am-5:30pm with one hour for lunch.

SALARY: Entry level candidates starting salary: $12-$13/HR. Experienced candidates starting salary: $14-$16/HR.

Commission Structure: After 90 days you'll earn commission for every candidate you place out to work. Estimated annual salary = $30K - $50K


Sourcing potential candidates to fill the current job opportunities for temporary and direct hire placements. Scheduling and conducting interviews, counseling and job coaching employees as needed. Check references to verify candidates previous experience and run criminal background checks. Also you'll be conducting new hire employee orientations.


MUST have good time management and verbal skills, excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Must have reliable transportation. Previous experience utilizing job boards for recruiting such as,, etc. is PREFERRED.


Recruiting experience is preferred and/or a degree in Human Resources or Marketing. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
