We have a GREAT opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant. TRC Staffing has partnered with a well established company in the Smyrna, GA area.

The position is an integral part of the team as it will maintain a broad range of responsibilities with the goal of support the field sales team.

Included in these responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management
  • Organizing/Maintaining all Sales related records & filing systems
  • Updating and Completing Reports, Research and Analysis
  • Corresponding with Distributors, Brokers and Prospective Customers

What does it take to qualify?

The right candidate should possess the following:

  • Must have 2-3 years of relevant Administrative experience in a Sales or Food Service industry.
  • Ability to manage Client Services, while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Ability to analyze processes and complete high detailed tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently as needed
  • Ability to work effectively within deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic Level Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
