  1. Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Manager, Sales Operations, the Coordinator, Sales Operations assists more than 9 Remarketing Department personnel and is responsible for daily administrative operations for the Remarketing department.

  1. Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  2. Provides administrative support and coordination to the Remarketing organization:
  3. Creates client invoices and ensures accuracy
  4. Uses appropriate follow up techniques to meet or enforce deadlines on behalf of leadership
    • Produces reports and summary documents for leadership (travel calendar, consolidating information, etc.)
    • Responsible for coordinating and facilitating regular meetings (coordinating topics and presenters; coordinating calendar and online meeting appointments; preparation, organization and archiving)
    • Maintains supply levels for department (business cards, equipment, office supplies, etc.)
    • Performs administrative tasks when needed (mailing, copying, printing, etc.)
    • Acts as point-of-contact for team s calendars in order to give visibility to others when needed
    • Coordinates inter-departmental meeting logistics
    • Responsible for the logistics of client/prospect on-site visits (including rooms, food, day-of support)
    • Responsible for updating distribution lists and org charts

  1. Provides administrative support specific to Remarketing leadership (10 managers/directors/VP):
  2. Leverages visibility and editor rights to leaders calendars to support (schedules on behalf of as needed, keeps travel information organized in Outlook, acts as point-of-contact for others regarding leaders schedules)
  3. Makes basic travel and lodging plans as needed
  4. Assists with confidential projects when needed

  1. Other areas of support
    • Responsible for corporate credit card and corresponding expense reports
  2. Other duties as assigned

  1. Minimum Requirements:
  2. High school diploma with two or more years of experience any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the job responsibilities.
  3. Intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel
  4. Basic knowledge in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce.com and Outlook
  5. Is strongly organized with consistent, repeatable methods
  6. Is accountable, dependable performer
  7. Articulates in writing well; listens well
  8. Works with total customer focus/disposition
  9. Can make basic decisions and problem solve within daily work
  10. Is positive and self-motivated to meet goals
  11. Open to learning and can apply to future work
  12. Is a good team contributor
