Our manufacturing client in Conyers, GA is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join their new talent department on a contract-to-hire basis. This individual will have to be a self-starter, team player, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have extensive manufacturing recruitment experience.


Responsibilities include:
• Work hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Managers and HR division through the recruiting and talent selection process.
• Utilize various recruiting tools to source talent and build candidate pipelines.
• Independently interview and evaluate candidates, both internal and external.
• Conduct onsite interviews as required.
• Initiate intake meetings with hiring managers and their teams to identify hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective employment strategies, and recruitment materials to attract and retain qualified candidates while meeting annual affirmative action initiatives.
• Recruit cross-functionally and at various levels within the organization from entry level requirements to C Suite.
• Provide course corrective direction as required and works closely with hiring management to ensure plans are met with talent.
• Conduct debrief meetings with the hiring managers and teams on candidate selection.
• Provide ongoing communication with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners where necessary on status of candidates and hiring progress.
• Leverage internal HR system to complete background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements.
• Maintain reports and analyze recruiting statistics to track progress.

• 5-7 years’ experience full-life cycle recruitment.
• 4+ years recruiting talent in the areas of manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Prior experience recruiting multi-location, OFCCP regulated environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
